How do I get my digital download file after I’ve placed my order?
Etsy will automatically email a link to download your digital files to you within minutes after completing your order with a valid payment method. Please check the email address you have on file with Etsy for the email containing the link to download your digital files. Although this is an automatic process, it may take the email from Etsy 5-10 minutes to arrive. Please be patient. If you don’t see it within a few minutes after purchase, please confirm the email address on your Etsy account is correct. Also please check your Spam folder.
If you still don’t see it, you can log in to your Etsy account, click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner, and then click Purchases & Reviews to find your order.
There are more than one file to download with my purchase, which one should i print ?
It depends on the size of paper you want to use.
Use this table to choose the right file to print :
4:5 is for printing the following sizes : 4”x5”, 8”x10”, 12”x15”, 16”x20”, 20”x25, 24”x30”,
3:4 is for printing the following sizes : 6”x8”, 9”x12”, 12”x16”, 15”x20”, 18”x24”, 21”x28”
2:3 is for printing the following sizes: 4”x6”, 8”x12”, 12”x18”, 16”x24”, 20”x30”, 24”x36”
1:1 is for printing in square format (12"x12" for instance)
ISO is for printing the following sizes : A1 , A2 , A3 , A4 , A5
Where or how to print my files ?
You can print it with your own printer, as long as you own an inkjet one (lasers are not good for printing images) and use a good quality photo paper (Tetenal, Ilford, Kodak etc...).
If you don't want to print it by yourself, you can use online printing service like Snapfish (cheap and good quality).
For best results use a professional photo lab which provide "museum" type paper like Digitalab or Picto (pictony.com). Theses services are used by photographers for photography exhibition.
All my images are fully compatible with these services (high resolution JPEG sRGB).
